About these terms

The website is operated by Hidden Light Hospitality Ltd, trading as The Three Horseshoes, Elsted, Midhurst, West Sussex, GU29 0JY. Registered in England and Wales (Company No: 16666406).

Table bookings

Bookings can be made via our website booking system or by calling us directly. A booking is confirmed once you have received a confirmation from us.

We ask that you arrive within 15 minutes of your booked time. If you are running late, please call us so we can hold your table where possible.

For larger group bookings of ten or more, please contact us directly by phone to discuss arrangements.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We appreciate as much notice as you can give — ideally at least 24 hours — so we can offer the table to other guests.

We reserve the right to release tables if guests have not arrived within 15 minutes of the booked time and we have not been notified.

Allergies and dietary requirements

We take food allergies and intolerances seriously. Please inform a member of the bar team of any dietary requirements or allergies when you arrive. Allergen information is available on request.

Whilst we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are entirely free from allergens due to the nature of a working kitchen environment.

Children and dogs

Children are welcome at The Three Horseshoes and must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome. We ask that dogs are kept on a lead for the duration of your visit to protect the wellbeing of our chickens and other guests.

Garden seating

Our garden seating operates on a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved in advance. If you have a table booked inside, you are welcome to request to move outside if space is available on the day.
