A Warm Welcome to Wild Combe Campers

A warm welcome from all of us at The Three Horseshoes.

Situated in the heart of the South Downs National Park, our traditional 16th-century country pub has long been at the centre of village life in Elsted. With panoramic countryside views, a large garden, roaring fires and a relaxed atmosphere, we’re proud to be part of this beautiful corner of Sussex.

Now under new ownership, the pub has recently begun an exciting new chapter focused on preserving everything locals and visitors love about The Three Horseshoes. Work has begun on a new outdoor bar and kitchen that launches in August where solid fuel BBQs will become a feature.

Whether you’re joining us for a pint after a countryside walk or a relaxed lunch in the garden, we’re delighted to welcome Wild Combe guests during your stay.

Our Menu

We serve a daily changing menu using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Alongside the pub menu, we will be firing up the BBQ Saturday and Sunday which will be available 12pm to 3pm and 5pm to 8:30pm.

Booking a Table

Garden seating operates on a first come, first served basis.

Tables inside the pub can be booked via our website or directly through Google reservations.
